The City of San Dimas and the Gold Line Construction Authority have reached a settlement agreement on the location of the Gold Line's San Dimas parking lot.  It will be where the current Park and Ride is now, between San Dimas Avenue and Monte Vista Avenue north of the alley that runs behind houses on Commercial Street. The City will sell the lot the to Gold Line for $4.45 million.  The Gold Line will reconfigure the parking lot to their standards.
